6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties that help us run our business or where we are legally required to do so, including:

  • Service providers that host our Site (Vercel Inc., USA), manage our customer relationship, forms, email, and chat (HubSpot, Inc.), and deliver analytics and advertising (Google LLC);

  • Acquirers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

7. International Transfers

Delta Strike is based in New Zealand, which benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision and is recognised as adequate by the UK; transfers from the EEA and UK to Delta Strike in New Zealand rely on that basis. Some of our service providers (for example, Google and HubSpot) are based in the United States. For those transfers we rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable. You can request details using the contact in section 11.

8. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. We keep enquiry and lead records for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you; marketing records until you unsubscribe, after which we keep minimal details to honour your opt-out; and accounting and legal records for as long as the law requires. When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, and disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you transmit to us.
