Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Delta Strike collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. Who We Are
This website (the "Site") is operated by Delta Strike International Limited ("Delta Strike", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in New Zealand, with its head office at Level 1, 370 Colombo Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand. Delta Strike is the data controller for personal information collected through the Site.
For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at marketing@deltastrike.com.
- EU/EEA representative (GDPR Article 27): not currently appointed.
- UK representative (UK GDPR Article 27): not currently appointed.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- contact details such as your name, business name, job title, email address, phone number, and country, submitted through brochure download forms, contact forms, demo requests, partner enquiries, and any other lead capture form on the Site;
- free-text comments, project details, and any other information you choose to include in a form submission or in correspondence with us; and
- marketing preferences, such as your choice to subscribe to or unsubscribe from our communications.
Information collected automatically when you use the Site
- technical data such as your IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, screen size, and language settings;
- approximate location - the city, country, and coarse coordinates (rounded, so they point to an area of roughly a kilometre rather than to an address) that our hosting provider derives from your IP address. Our live-visitor tracking reads that derived location rather than storing your IP address itself;
- usage data such as the pages you visit, the order you visit them, time spent on each page, referring URLs, and the actions you take on the Site;
- live session activity - a randomly generated session identifier, plus a short heartbeat sent roughly every 15 seconds while the Site is open in a visible tab, and once more when you leave, so our sales team can see current and recent visitor activity. The heartbeat carries only that session identifier and the approximate location described above;
- recordings of how you interact with pages - mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page transitions - captured by the session-recording tool described in section 5, which applies masking to text entered into form fields;
- advertising click identifiers where they are present in the address you arrive on - most commonly Google's gclid/gbraid/wbraid, and where applicable Meta's fbclid, Microsoft's msclkid, TikTok's ttclid, and LinkedIn's li_fat_id - together with campaign parameters (UTM tags), used to attribute enquiries and advertising conversions to the advert or page that brought you here;
- a first-party visitor identifier and your on-site browsing history (pages viewed, referring page), linked to your enquiry once you submit a form so our sales team has context on what you were interested in; and
- cookies and similar technologies as described in section 5.
3. How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Bases
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR Article 6) |
|---|---|
| Respond to enquiries; send requested brochures, quotes, and demos | Steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding |
| Marketing communications about our products | Your consent, or our legitimate interest for existing business contacts; you can object or unsubscribe at any time |
| Analytics and advertising measurement | Our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the Site and our marketing; you may opt out (section 5) |
| Building audiences and lookalike audiences on advertising platforms from hashed contact details | Our legitimate interests, where permitted by applicable law |
| Fraud prevention and security | Our legitimate interests |
| Legal and accounting obligations | Legal obligation |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed those interests against your rights and freedoms, and you may object at any time (section 9).
4. Marketing Communications
We may send you product updates, newsletters, brochures, sales materials, and event invitations where you have opted in or where we are otherwise permitted to contact existing business contacts. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us using the details in section 11. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications relating to an active enquiry, quote, order, or support case.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, the analytics, advertising, and session-recording tools listed below load only after you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit, and are not loaded at all if you decline. Elsewhere they load when you arrive on the Site, and you can still opt out using the controls further down this section.
- Strictly necessary and functional cookies that we set ourselves so the Site works as expected: ds_country (your two-letter country code, used to decide which language and consent rules apply, 7 days), ds_block_arenas (whether arena enquiries in your country are handled by a regional partner, 7 days), and ds_gclid(a Google Ads click identifier carried across redirects so it survives to the form you fill in, 90 days). We also use your browser's storage to remember your cookie choice (dcrm_consent) and to record, for the current tab only, that our third-party scripts have already loaded (ds_thirdparty_loaded);
- Analytics and advertising - the Google tag (gtag.js, container ID GT-K8DQMP7), which loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SF0J4SH1FE) to understand how the Site is used, and Google Ads (conversion ID AW-878831198), including the _ga and _gcl_aw cookies, for conversion measurement and audiences;
- Session recording - Microsoft Clarity (project ID xgga8ngl5v), which records interactions such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page transitions to help us improve the Site, with text entered into form fields masked. Microsoft may also use Clarity to match these interactions to Microsoft Advertising activity;
- CRM and form tracking - Delta CRM, our customer relationship management system, sets a first-party visitor identifier and records the pages you visit; once you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit, it also reads the advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters described in section 2, so an enquiry can be linked to the advert or page that brought you here. We share a one-way cryptographic hash (not the original value) of the email address or phone number you submit with Google and Meta so they can match your enquiry to an advertising conversion; and
- Performance monitoring - Vercel Speed Insights, which measures Site loading performance; and
- Embedded content - some pages embed videos hosted by YouTube (Google LLC). When such a page loads, YouTube may set its own cookies and receives your IP address and the page you are viewing.
Your choices
You can control or refuse cookies at any time, without contacting us:
- adjust or block cookies, and delete existing cookies, in your browser settings;
- opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout);
- manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com;
- opt out of interest-based advertising via youronlinechoices.eu (EU), optout.aboutads.info (US), or youradchoices.ca (Canada); and
- where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or "Do Not Track" signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of non-essential tracking to the extent technically feasible.
Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work for you.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties that help us run our business or where we are legally required to do so, including:

- Regional distributors and partners where your enquiry relates to a market they cover, so that they can follow up with you about Delta Strike products;
- Advertising platforms in connection with the audience and measurement activities described above;
- Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors;

7. International Transfers
Delta Strike is based in New Zealand, which benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision and is recognised as adequate by the UK; transfers from the EEA and UK to Delta Strike in New Zealand rely on that basis. Some of our service providers and infrastructure (for example, Google, HubSpot, and our CRM system) are based outside New Zealand, including in the United States. For those transfers we rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable. You can request details using the contact in section 11.
8. Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. We keep enquiry and lead records for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you; marketing records until you unsubscribe, after which we keep minimal details to honour your opt-out; and accounting and legal records for as long as the law requires. When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymise it.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, and disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you transmit to us.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent;
- opt out of marketing communications at any time;
- not be subject to solely automated decision-making, which we do not carry out; and
- lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority - in the EEA your local Data Protection Authority, in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office, and in New Zealand the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in section 11. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request, and we will respond within the time required by law.
10. Children's Privacy
