3D ARENA DESIGN

During the early stages of planning, we can design a unique playing arena layout.
This includes the optimal positioning of equipment rooms, briefing areas, membership areas, repair room,

Your laser tag project will be assigned to a dedicated project manager, who will provide you with a detailed checklist of site preparation tasks, and work with you and any other contractors to ensure you are ready for the installation of your Delta Strike equipment.

After the equipment arrives, we will install and deliver a training session from one of our knowledgeable technicians.

SYSTEM INSTALLATION

Once the equipment arrives, your business will receive a visit from one of our knowledgeable technicians
who will setup and configure the Delta Strike system on site.
This can take anywhere from 2-5 days, depending on the size & complexity of the system.

COMPLETE INSTALLATION

Our friendly technicians will fit the Vest Mounting Cabinets, setup the Universal Arena Components and Video Base Stations, Remote Controls, Wi-Fi Access Points and Network Switch. They will also carry out thorough tests to ensure everything is running optimally before opening day. In many cases, they can also offer some input on how your specific location can maximize throughput and process more customers per hour.

TRAINING SESSION

They will perform a full training session with all staff so they know exactly how to operate the hardware and software. The training session will also prepare them for their online certification exam, which is part of our warranty process.
